Established in 1975, OSCO (Oman Shapoorji Company LLC) has become part of Oman’s growth story by delivering some of the finest Landmarks in the Sultanate.
It continues to contribute to the burgeoning construction activities across a wide spectrum. OSCO traces its origins to 1971 when Shapoorji Pallonji Group (SP) won the prestigious contract to build the Qasr Al Alam Palace for His Majesty. Post the completion of this Iconic Structure, OSCO was set up to explore construction activities in the country. It has an Omani soul with commitment and values of SP group.
Since then, OSCO has expanded itself and its diverse portfolio has included projects for Government Ministries, Educational Institutions, Public and Private Housing Complexes, Hotels, Villas, Army Camps, Air Force and Naval Base, Mosques, Commercial buildings, Sewage Treatment Facilities, Civil Works for Power Plant, etc.
OSCO has a Facility Management Division which provides operation & maintenance services for civil, mechanical, electrical, electronics & instrumentation works and housekeeping services for various properties including Royal Estates, Ministerial Establishments, Hospitals, Educational Institutes, Private properties, etc.
